Single session
$110 per hour · billed weekly- One hour, 1:1

Invoices are issued weekly. Payment details are provided with your first invoice.
Policy
Cancellation policy
In the event of an emergency, cancellations are always free of charge. Emergencies are not questioned and no explanation is required.
Outside of emergencies, leniency is granted for up to three non-motivation no-shows. After three, the client will be charged the full amount for the missed session.
Where possible, please notify us of changes to your schedule in advance so that a suitable make-up session time can be arranged. With advance notice, a session can almost always be moved rather than lost.
If a change has to be made from our end, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered a make-up session at a time that suits you, at no additional cost to you.
What counts as a non-motivation no-show
A missed session where the reason given is not an emergency, an illness, or a genuine scheduling clash — for example a session skipped because the student did not feel like attending on the day. These are treated with leniency the first three times because avoidance is frequently part of what we are working on, not a character flaw.
Ending sessions
Casual weekly sessions are billed weekly and carry no lock-in period. You can stop at any time by letting us know before the next scheduled session.
For the ten-session term package, unused sessions can be transferred to a following term or refunded on a pro-rata basis at the casual rate of $110 per session already used.
Rescheduling
Sessions run Monday to Saturday between 7am and 7pm and can be moved to any available slot within those hours. Availability is limited, so earlier notice gives more options.
